Terms of Service
Last updated: April 27, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WiseBuilder ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
WiseBuilder is an educational platform that provides coding tutorials, cheatsheets, coding challenges, and an interactive playground with AI chat assistance.
3. AI Features and Usage
AI features are powered by server-side calls to third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). Your prompts and code are sent through our servers to these providers to generate responses. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services. By using the AI features, you agree that:
- AI usage is subject to rate limits and fair use policies.
- You will not paste code from untrusted sources into the editor, as malicious code may be designed to exploit the AI assistant.
4. User Accounts
You may sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
5. User-Generated Content
You may create coding problems and other content through the Service. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to store and display it to you as part of the Service. User-generated content is private to your account unless otherwise specified.
6. AI-Generated Content
AI features are provided for educational purposes. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for production use. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated code or advice before using it.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to exploit, attack, or probe the Service for vulnerabilities.
- Use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content.
- Circumvent rate limits or access controls.
- Interfere with other users' use of the Service.
8. Code Execution
The Service provides an interactive playground that executes code in your browser via Pyodide (a WebAssembly-based Python runtime) and other client-side runtimes. You are solely responsible for the code you write and execute. We do not review, validate, or sandbox user code beyond the default browser security model and shall not be liable for any consequences of code execution, including but not limited to excessive resource consumption, browser crashes, or unintended side effects.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data or service interruptions.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
11. Contact
